Fresh from our visit to Universals Islands Of Adventure this week we have some of the newest images of the new Wizarding World Of Harry Potter area that is due to open soon.

The new theme park area is scheduled to open at any time from next week onwards but as we witnessed a lot of major works still underway, don't expect the Wizarding World Of Harry Potter area to be opening in the next few weeks. Universal have unveiled an amazing new website where you can take a virtual tour around the new theme park area of Islands Of Adventure.
If you choose the 'take a flying tour' option once the website has fully opened, you will be amazed to see how great this new Harry Potter area will look.

Ollivanders Wand Shop to deliver an interactive, magical experience at the soon to open - Wizarding World of Harry Potter. Visitors to the Ollivanders wand shop at The Wizarding World of Harry Potter will step into one of the most iconic scenes from the best selling Harry Potter books and blockbuster feature films.

With the assistance of a live actor, along with amazing special effects, guests of Ollivanders will get to experience the same type of magical moment Harry had in “Harry Potter and the Sorcerer’s Stone” when a wand ”chooses them.”

It is that time of year again and if you are going to be in Orlando over the next couple of months, you need to pop by Universal Studios on a Saturday night and check out this amazing festival of music and dance. On February 6th, Universal Orlando Resort will kick off its 15th year of Mardi Gras – the biggest and most authentic Mardi Gras celebration outside of New Orleans.

SeaWorld and Busch Gardens have announced the country and classic rock stars performing at the parks during Bands, Brew & BBQ, Saturdays and Sundays in February. These special events always have a country & western vibe to them so expect plenty of cowboy hats and a few yeee-haaas.

Bands, Brew & BBQ is four weekends of sizzling live performances from award-winning country and classic rock artists, the smokin’ hot flavor of blazing barbeque, ice-cold beer and all of SeaWorld’s and Busch Gardens’ thrilling attractions, rides and shows.

Busch Gardens have announced they are replacing the childrens play area - Land of the Dragons with a new Sesame Street themed play area. The new kids corner of Busch Gardens is due to open in Spring 2010 and in the USA Spring starts from the last week in March.
